What began as a simple kitchen experiment during the lockdown has grown into an artisanal pasta brand dedicated to authentic craftsmanship, traditional techniques, and bringing restaurant-quality pasta to homes and professional kitchens across India.

Our pasta is crafted in small batches using premium durum wheat semolina, extruded through traditional bronze dies and slowly air-dried to develop a rough texture that holds sauces beautifully.

Bronze dies create a naturally rough surface that helps sauces cling to every bite, giving you a more authentic pasta experience.

We make artisanal dried pasta. Slow drying gives it a long shelf life while preserving its flavour and texture.

We currently don't offer cash on delivery for orders placed online or via WhatsApp. You may make payments via cash when shopping at our stores.

Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. We try to deliver all orders for Delhi NCR placed by 12pm subject to availability.

We are based out of New Delhi. We do not have a physical store currently and are only taking orders online. We do supply to different stores pan India. Please get in touch with us to know about our stockists near you.
